    First, check that the charger output plug is plugged in with the battery charger plug. If there is no problem, check that the fuse tube on the battery box is open or that the fuse holder is loose and that the contact is bad. In addition, some models need to open the battery lock before charging.First, if the above fault were excluded, consider the charger output line is open, multimeter voltage block (200V block) no-load output voltage to measure charger, should be 41-44V (with 36V battery charger for different), if not, may be the charger output lines open, and will open the charger. Change a line of output to troubleshooting. Attention: when changing the charger output line, must pay attention to the original machine positive and negative pole, do not answer the reverse. 
     Two 、 the power indicator is not on, and the charging indicator is not on 
      Check the charger input power plug with power has no connection, the charger input power socket plug to normal in a try, if the situation continues, the charger shell open, look inside the machine if the fuse is not broken, if not broken, first check the power input line is good at troubleshooting power input line, should check whether the circuit board near the weld zone of high pressure components,Fuse holder if there is poor contact phenomenon, focus on examination of transformer T1, a triode V1, V2 is Xuhan phenomenon. In addition, R5 or R6 open, will cause the fault, such as the built-in fuse has been broken, then do not replace the fuse tube amperes (charger fuse tube is 2A), D1-D4, V1, should focus on examination of V2, R4, D15, R7 and D21 have no damage, if damaged, can with the replacement of the same type. Please note that when the components are damaged, one or two of them may be damaged at the same time. Sometimes, several of them may be damaged at the same time. Only after checking and replacing these components can the power supply be checked. Three, severe fever, even burnt shell deformation 
     This is mainly part of the user often carried along with the car, causing some components loose caused by the fault. The main performance is: C18 loose weld, will cause the working state of V1, V2 is not normal, heat is large, the charger shell deformation is serious, the circuit board burned, resulting in V1, V2 damage, C18 can be re welded, check V1, V2, R4, R7. If the failure can not be ruled out, need to check whether there are D15 D21, in a way, in addition, some manufacturers of the output rectifier tube adopts a double diode, one open circuit also caused the fault, sometimes the fault will cause a damage to V1 and V2. Check and replace at the same time. 
      Four, a large amount of heat and accompanied by abnormal noise fault is the output stage vibration resistance capacitance, C17 damage caused by R31. In addition, C12 is open or will cause the failure. 
      Five, when there is abnormal sound, not charge check circuit board C8 whether there are weld or damaged, the general replacement of C8 can solve. Six, when there is abnormal noise, power indicator and charging indicator light and dark flashingThe reason for the failure is IC1 damage, replacement must be careful, do not damage the printed plate copper foil, after the replacement of normal, you need to adjust the R28, so that the charger output voltage in the normal range of work.
